"Mystery Shopper" assessed service standards at the Przemyśl hospital

"Patient Trust Leader" is a competition dedicated to medical facilities throughout the country. The competition jurors will evaluate medical facilities anonymously, working using the mystery shopper method, i.e. visiting the hospital, calling the facility, writing an e-mail as a patient or contacting it via social media. After completing their task, they will award ranking points to the competition participants. Those facilities that pass such an assessment and obtain a high level of points receive the "Patient Trust Leader" Quality Mark. This is the title that was awarded to the Provincial Hospital of St. Padre Pio in Przemyśl, and additionally a special distinction in the "Quality and Empathy" category, which shows that the test described above was passed successfully.
